We clean the whole apartment. The cost is per hour and cleaner.

Booking conditions

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 15 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Everything was perfect:) very smooth checkin and checkout no doubt that I will be using Roomservice again they get my highest recommendation

Close to everything and clean nice interior

but one thing I will recommend maybe have a small music speaker And some water / the / instant coffee for the first night

It depends what we can and not due to C-19 regulations. Water should have been in the fridge as we always leave a bottle before an arrival. If not I apologise and will make sure you have it next time.

Fabulous spacious and modern apartment right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the marina. Beautiful shops, great bars and restaurants all reached with a few minutes on foot. Really quiet despite being so close to everything. Very well looked after and good security. Would highly recommend it!
