Penthouse apartment located on a hill right above Puerto Banus with magnificent sea view from Marbella to Gibraltar, only 35 min drive from Malaga airport.

On the terrace you can sunbathe, even during winter, from sunrise to sunset. The property has a large garden, two whole year and day open swimming pools for respective adults and children. Centro Plaza is located next door to the apartment and here you find a grocery and bakery and several restaurants. Every Saturday the largest marked in Marbella takes place here.
Beside beach activities there are great opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking or jogging on the beach-road to Marbella and San-Pedro, cycling to the mountain villages of Benhavis and Istan or cross-country cycling in mountains. Hiking in the mountains is popular, especially towards the famous La Concha mountain of Marbella. Renting cycles is recommended at www.marbellarentabike.com with its professional staff. There is a children’s activity room in the common area. The apartment has TV- channels from most European countries, Apple-TV and wi-fi.

The apartment is only 5 min walk from the famous La Sala restaurant well know for its restaurant and vibrant live music. Recommended restaurants are Starz (lunch) and Top-Thai at Centro Plaza, Restaurant Gold with its fantastic chef and Tramps beach restaurant.

Booking conditions

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 15 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
