This property is professionally managed by ROOMSERVICES vacation rentals. The most convenient method of transportation to your vacation house is the airport transfer that we offer you. When you arrive at the exit, our drivers will be there to greet you, assist you with your bags, and transport you straight to the property.

We can also give you with a baby crib or highchair if you require one for the youngest member of the family. We provide you our guidebook ahead of time with all the information you need, including check-in procedures, directions to the property, things to do in the vicinity, and much more.

Our availability to you is round the clock.
Spanish law requires a required online check-in. With a minimum age of 25 for families and couples exclusively, parties are strictly prohibited. It should be noted that a security deposit will be required; this money will be returned within seven days of your departure.

Its VERY important that your not leaving doors & windows open, leaving units running whilst no one is there and setting the temperature too low are the main contributing factors to giving you high electricity bills. Many of our properties has installed AC guard to prevent miss usage. This means you as guest will have a limit of usage. (more than enough for normal use).

Final Cleaning: € 130.00 /booking

The cleaning of the holiday home often takes from 2 to 4 hours - depending on the size of the house - and it is hard work. Check out is between 07:00 and 11:00 Please help us with: -Turn off lights, TV, radios, etc. - Turn off AC units - Close windows and doors. - Please strip the beds and leave it in a pile together with the used towels - Wash up all the dishes - Deposits all rubbish at green containers locate on the street. - General tidying up, inside and outside

Booking conditions

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 15 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Pets not allowed.

Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
