A 2 bedroom/2 bathroom modern open floor plan apartment has been tastefully furnished to anticipate all of your comforts inside and out. The master bedroom has a king size bed that has been lavishly adorned with the softest of linens. The ensuite bathroom that has a shower with rain fall showerhead, large sink and is stocked with soap and hairdryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be pushed together to form a larger bed. The lovely open kitchen has been exceptionally stocked with all the necessities you need to cook a wonderful meal at home; induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving trays, plates, bowls, cups, wineglasses and more. The apartment has been equipped with a smart tv, highspeed internet and satellite IPTV (Languages: Spanish and English). To take in all the beautiful views from the large terrace (150 m²) and solarium, there are comfortable seating areas for you to soak in the sun, relax in the shade and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the mountain and ocean. The outdoor pool is just outside your door and can be enjoyed all year long. The community of Mesas Homes also have a heated indoor pool and gym for you to use at your leisure (located in another building).

Located in a lovely new upscale neighbourhood, the villa has everything you need for a long or short term stay, very nicely decorated with comfortable and modern decor.
The bedrooms were well furnished and outfitted, as were the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The modern kitchen was a delight to cook in.
There is a beautiful outdoor pool and children's pool. If you are a paddleball enthusiast, Las Messes paddle and gym is a ten minute walk from the villa. Estepona and the whole of the Costa Del Sol are surrounded by wonderful golf courses.
Old town Estepona is full of shops and restaurants and only a 20 minute walk….or stroll down to the beach or the port area. It’s only a five minute walk to the market on a Wednesday morning or maybe take in the market in the port on a Sunday morning.
With easy access to the A7/AP-7, Gibraltar was a 40 minute drive and Soto grande was 30 minutes away. The unit is also a short drive to San Pedro and Puerto Banus two lovely towns along the Costa Del Sol. There is plenty to do and see in Estepona or spend your day soaking up the sun by the pool or on your lovely terrace.
I will definitely return.
