Its VERY important that your not leaving doors & windows open, leaving units running whilst no one is there and setting the temperature too low are the main contributing factors to giving you high electricity bills. Many of our properties has installed AC guard to prevent miss usage. This means you as guest will have a limit of usage. (more than enough for normal use).

LATE CHECK IN This service has a cost when it is needed to meet the guest at the property (key box is free of cost) after 21:00 cost is 35.00€ per hour in case of delays not informed with anticipation. Late check in after 21:00. To Check-in, if the office is unattended, your key is put ina key box between in front of the Reception, with a padlock. We will text and/or email you the Code to unlock the padlock on the date of your checkin. Please make sure you left your mobile number or an email address when booking.
Late check out: € 45.00 /booking

Late check out is only possible if we don't have a new arrival on the day of your departure., this service has an extra cost starting from 45€.
Mid-term cleaning: € 22.00 /hour

We clean the whole apartment. The cost is per hour and cleaner.

Booking conditions

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 15 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 14 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

VAT included in the accommodation price

Pets not allowed.

Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.

The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
